We offer free shipping to all UK locations on order over £150. International shipping is also available, with fees and delivery timeframes calculated at checkout based on the provided delivery address. For more shipping information please visit www.baremelondon.com/pages/shipping
For any amendments such as shipping address or order cancellation please email info@baremelondon.com with your order number and the details of changes ASAP as we ship out order within 1 working day.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your returned order. Please refer to our returns policy www.baremelondon.com/pages/returns-exchanges
- Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse.
- Once we receive your item in our warehouse it then takes 2 business days to process the shipment through quality control before we ship it out.
- If your order also contains an in-stock item/s, these will be shipped together.
Credit cards are a secure payment method to use when shopping online. BareMe takes security measures and fraud monitoring to keep your account information safe. We do not store your card details.
