SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order has finished processing we will ship your item, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 2 to 7 working days. If you don't receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@baremelondon.com with your order number.

We use Royal Mail or DHL for UK customers. Please be aware that the delivery date is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and weather delays. BareMe. is not responsible for additional taxes or duties imposed by customs.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use DHL and FEDEX for our international deliveries, if

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM on the same day.

PRE-ORDERS

• Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse.
• Once we receive your item in our warehouse it then takes 2 business days to process the shipment through quality control before we ship it out.
• If your order also contains an in-stock item/s, these will be shipped together.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

We recommend that customers consult their local customs office for information on duties and taxes. Any applicable customs or duties fees are determined by the local government and may be charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and BareMe. is not accountable for any customs or duties costs incurred.
